Is the waiver mandatory?

Yes. Everyone entering the gym must fill out and sign a liability waiver. No exceptions. Children under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. To accommodate everyone and avoid waiting in lines, you can fill out the waiver ahead of time on our website. All waivers are stored in our database for one year from the time you fill it out.
