Recurring membership may be canceled after a minimum of the 3-month contract with no further obligation prior to the last day of the month prior to the next due date of the charge. Cancellation must be made in writing at the front desk or sent via mail or email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Members may suspend or freeze their memberships. Memberships can only be frozen for no more than two consecutive months, and a minimum of a full calendar month (30 days). Memberships may NOT be frozen for less than 30 days.
One month pre-paid may NOT be frozen.
Freezing requests must be made in writing at the front desk or received by mail or email to email@example.com.
