You will need to sign a different waiver, depending on if you are an adult, or an adult signing for a minor.
Your waiver will remain in our system for a period of one year from the date of submission. If it has been over a year since you last visited the facility, you will need to fill out and submit a new waiver for each person participating. You will only need to sign this waiver one time per year per person. We will have your waiver on file for each time you return to climb within that one year period.
